What is IBC Kids?
IBC Kids is all about helping our youth build strength, confidence, and a love for movement in a fun, supportive environment. Our kid's classes for ages 5-10, are designed to keep things exciting and varied, with age-appropriate workouts that focus on developing functional skills through play, gymnastics, and basic weightlifting.
Each session includes a coach-led warm-up, a fun game, and a high-energy workout that challenges kids in a safe and positive way. But it’s not just about exercise; it’s about community. At IBC Kids, friendships are made, confidence grows, and every child is encouraged and celebrated.
Our coaches are passionate about working with kids, and they tailor every class to make sure everyone feels included and empowered. Whether your child is just starting out or already moving like a little athlete we got them covered.

Isaiah Martin
IBC Kids Coach
Isaiah is our IBC Kids Coach, where he brings energy, patience, and a passion for movement to every class. With a heart for mentorship and a love for fitness, he creates a fun, supportive space where kids can build confidence, learn new skills, and discover the joy of staying active. Whether it’s their first time picking up a barbell or they’re chasing new goals, Coach Isaiah is there to guide, encourage, and cheer them on every step of the way.

Jackie Lackey
IBC Kids Assistant Coach and Social Media Coordinator
Jackie is our Assistant Coach for IBC Kids and Social Media Coordinator. She fell in love with CrossFit back in 2021 and hasn’t looked back since. What started as a way to challenge herself physically quickly turned into a true passion for the sport, the community, and the lifestyle. Now, she gets to share that love every day—whether she’s helping coach the next generation of athletes at IBC Kids or capturing the heart of Iron Barbell Collective through creative, inspiring and community-driven content. She’s passionate about helping others build confidence, grow stronger, and enjoy the journey through fitness.
